The preparation is again really simpl, because the ingredients are mixed in the blender and the weight loss smoothie is ready.

The needed ingredients are: one red apple, five raw almonds, one banana, 1/2 cup of nonfat milk, 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.
